- Identify shared values, goals, and missions between nonprofits and companies to ensure meaningful, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Develop creative and customized partnership models (e.g., cause marketing, employee engagement, social innovation programs, co-branded campaigns).
- Research and connect with potential corporate partners whose interests and CSR goals align with the nonprofit’s mission.
- Help nonprofits articulate their impact and what they can offer to a company (e.g., brand equity, access to new audiences, employee engagement opportunities).
- Assist in crafting compelling partnership proposals and presentations tailored to the business objectives of potential corporate partners.
- Train nonprofit staff on how to approach, negotiate, and manage corporate partnerships effectively.
- Support long-term relationship building through communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and renewal strategies.

- Build internal capabilities through hands-on support with specific emphasis on fundraising and donor engagement, including 1:1 coaching sessions.
- Support grantees in turning plans into action through change management guidance and support in hiring and onboarding key development staff.
- Create ecosystems of learning and shared growth through peer learning cohorts, communities of practice, knowledge sharing events, and feedback sessions.
- Help funders align strategies with grantee realities, including advising on capacity-building grants and support.
Deliver strategies and approaches for structuring coalitions and partnerships between nonprofit organizations to capitalize on shared missions and scale resources.
- Lead a structured discovery process that includes conducting stakeholder interviews to understand missions, visions, organizational culture, and goals.
- Assess mission alignment by identifying overlapping areas of mission and complementary capabilities.
- Facilitate strategy sessions to help define coalition value propositions and establish short- and long-term goals that are measurable and impact-driven.
